FAQ
How is this different from a normal image generator?+
A generator paints from scratch every time. We always edit your approved master image and then check how far the result moved away from it. Anything that drifted is caught before anyone sees it.
What happens in the pilot?+
We start with a handful of brands. You send us one product, we produce a first set of shots together with you, and you tell us honestly what is missing.
Is the person in the videos real?+
No. The presenter is generated from a fixed presenter master, and every clip carries a visible AI-generated label. We never present them as a real customer or a real review.
What does it cost?+
You start free with 30 credits and no card. Paid plans run from €29 a month and include credits every month. A 2K ad image is 3 credits, an 8-second video clip 24. Failed creations give their credits back. Prices exclude VAT, cancel any time.
Can I use my own API key?+
Yes, on Pro and Studio. With your own Google key, generating uses no credits and runs at your own limits.
Which products work best?+
Anything with a fixed look: bottles, jars, boxes, cosmetics, textiles with a print. We are testing tricky labels and fine type right now, and we will tell you upfront if your product is one of them.
